Big size, upscale hotel, its staff and rooms were good. Everything was simply nice.

The personnel was willing to help and they provided an excellent service. I had spotless, airy rooms with central heating, a private safe and flat-screen television. The location was magnificent, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Paul Brown Stadium. Moreover, it was 10 minutes on foot from the downtown.

It has central location, though the area is not nice. Thank you for the stay in this property - would definitely return here.

Had really great stay at check in time, the staff were courteous, location was decent and near downtown with many outrstanding restaurants. The breakfast was cheap, the check in was efficient. Had no problem using their paid parking, the internet was great.

Very clean modern building, funky hotel with perfect location and staff. A clean beach, superb view. The room was very large, large bed. We appreciated the breakfast, they served slices of fresh bread, meats and cheese.

Brilliant hotel, the location was ENJOYABLE. Exceptional exceptional room with a luxurious bathroom. Stunning sand beach was near the property. The pool was clean and the garden — beautiful.

Clean enough and surprisingly quiet place and the breakfast was reasonably good. Room had a wonderful bathroom that we liked. The staff was willing to help, always super fast. A very lovely stay with a well maintained swimming pool. So beautiful location to Jack Cincinnati Casino.

There's bistro on elm within 5 minutes walk or so, really loved their menu. The bed was comfortable, slept good. Accommodating staff all round😃
